Asali in Kenya is our choice of green bean for this batch. Left in empty bourbon casks from the Speyside Coperage.
Leaving the green bean in the casks has enabled those beautiful bourbon aromas and flavours to absorb into the coffee beans.
By using single origin Kenyan beans we have created a really well balanced smooth coffee, true but delicate flavours of bourbon run through this drink leaving a sweet chocolate liqueur coffee. 0% ABV
