This microlot coffee has a special personal connection for our head of coffee, Steve, as he visited producer Camilo’s farm in May 2022.
The Coffee
Camilo produced just 175kg of this Geisha micro lot. This has been processed using anaerobic fermentation to create a unique and exclusive coffee that we are delighted to offer as our first reserve lot.
The Taste
We have lightly roasted the beans in order to let their natural flavour shine:
caramelised - orange - strawberry - sweet aromatics – vanilla

Steve, our Head of Coffee, recommends this beautiful single origin is best enjoyed through a Chemex or V60.
