We are delighted to offer a small batch of our Cafeology Blackburn Meadows Honey yielded from our new hives installed earlier this year in collaboration with The Honey Shed.
The hives have produced approximately 20 kilo's in the first year of being on our site behind the roastery at Blackburn Meadows. Some of the honey has been used by the students of The Sheffield College guided by Len Unwin and his team making our Roastology Reserve Chocolates and the rest is for sale here until they awake next year.
This honey tastes delicious and when its gone it gone !
